根據(jù)JB5513-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ，SWC-I和SWC型萬向聯(lián)軸器按下列方法選型。其它型號(hào)萬向軸的選擇請(qǐng)用戶來電詳詢。
According to the JB5513-2006 standard, the SWC-I and SWC type universal joints are selected in the following manner.For other models of universal joint shaft, please call us for details.
1、萬向聯(lián)軸器應(yīng)根據(jù)載荷特性、計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)矩、工作轉(zhuǎn)速選用。
1. Universal coupling should be selected according to load characteristics, calculated torque and working speed.
2、計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)矩由式（1）、式（2）或式（1）、式（3）求出：

萬向聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接法蘭 Flange Connections
萬向聯(lián)軸器一般是通過兩端外側(cè)叉頭的法蘭與配套法蘭軸套的法蘭相聯(lián)。叉頭的法蘭有下圖所示四種結(jié)構(gòu)型式，分別為純螺栓孔連接法蘭、端面鍵聯(lián)接法蘭、牙嵌式聯(lián)接法蘭和端面齒聯(lián)接法蘭。
The universal joint shagt is normally connected to the flange adapters at both ends by flanging and bolting the flange adapters.There are four types of flange connections as shown below.
萬向聯(lián)軸器通過高強(qiáng)度螺栓與螺母把兩端法蘭盤聯(lián)接在其他相配配件上，兩者都以止口定位加工，以保證聯(lián)接起來后的同心度。The universal joint connects the flanges at both ends to other matching fittings through high-strength bolts and nuts, and both are positioned by the nozzle to ensure the concentricity after joining.
聯(lián)接螺栓只能從相配件的法蘭側(cè)裝入，螺母由萬向軸側(cè)預(yù)緊。螺栓10.9級(jí)，螺母10級(jí)。需從萬向軸端裝入螺栓時(shí)要預(yù)定注明。
The coupling bolt can only be inserted from the flange side of the phase fitting and the nut is pretensioned from the cardan shaft side.Bolt 10.9, nut 10. Be sure to specify when loading the bolt from the cardan shaft end.
配套法蘭軸套的說明 Companion Flange Adapters
與萬向聯(lián)軸器配套的法蘭軸套按用戶要求單獨(dú)提供。要求提供法蘭軸套的用戶，訂貨時(shí)應(yīng)向我廠提供設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，或提出明確要求由我廠代為設(shè)計(jì)。供設(shè)計(jì)法蘭軸套所需的數(shù)據(jù)，請(qǐng)用戶確定軸套型式（圓孔或扁孔）后，填入下表中傳真給我廠。
The companion flange adapters are provided separately on request.Customers requesting flange adapters can either provide us with relevant drawings,or specify requirements for customized designing.If you need our assistance in companion flange designing,please determine the type of companion flange required (cylindrical bore or flat bore)，F(xiàn)ill in the form below and fax it to our factory.
