我們的法蘭叉頭、焊接叉采用ZG35CrMo，為消除鑄造應(yīng)力、提高材料機(jī)械性能，我們對所有法蘭叉頭、焊接叉進(jìn)行調(diào)質(zhì)處理，硬度達(dá)到238-268之間。
ZG35CrMo is used for our flange forks and welding forks. In order to eliminate the casting stress and improve the mechanical properties of the materials, we have tempered all flange heads and welding forks with a hardness of 238-268.
調(diào)質(zhì)可以提高材料的強(qiáng)度、塑性和韌性從而減少萬向軸在使用中損壞的機(jī)率，延長萬向軸使用壽命。
Quenching and tempering can improve the strength, ductility and toughness of the material, thereby reducing the chance of damage to the cardan shaft during use and extending the service life of the cardan shaft.
